Some Days...You Should Just Go Back To Bed...

You know how sometimes you have those days where nothing exciting seems to be happening...when you'd give your right arm for something to do that doesn't involve laundry, cleaning toilets or yard work? Just something fun....something that makes you feel good....like eating ice cream or doing a layout......or eating ice cream while doing a layout...even better.
And then there are those days when you run from the time you get up until you fall into bed at night. Oh...and don't forget the days when everything you have any contact with either shatters, empties onto the floor or scrapes the top of your car. (A bad segue...but at least you kind of know where I'm headed!) Yesterday...I dropped my favorite soap dish in the sink...the pretty green speckled one in the kitchen. As I went to the pantry to find the glue (And, no, I don't know why I keep it there) I put some meat packaging into the garbage..and dripped the stuff all the way across the kitchen floor. I tried to clean it up....but the rabbit kicked out fluffy litter on to the kitchen floor...and right into the goo that was still on the floor. Mumbling something rude...I swept the darned floor...washed the gooey spots and picked up the rest of the pieces of my soap dish. But the best part of the day was still coming.... I went to Petco to pick up rabbit food for Piper....on the way out of the garage...I was too involved with listening to my new CD of the play "Wicked"( Wailing right along with it!) to notice that the garage door was not quite all the way up....and scraped the roof of my car on the bottom of the garage door. I didn't stop...I didn't look at it....I just went to the pet store. I still haven't mentioned it to Jim....do you think that I can blame low flying aircraft? Divebombing geese? Elpheba flying on her broom?
