The Gluten Free & Allergy Free Expo...

               Some of the wonderful things that were given out or that I purchased at the Gluten Free & Allergy Friendly Expo in Schaumburg yesterday. The top photo is of all the coupons that were handed out. The bottom photo is of the samples and purchases. It was a great way to try new things from a multitude of companies.....some were really good. Samples included.... potato gnocchi, lasagna, tons of pizzas, nutrition bars, beverages, chips, cooking and baking mixes. I bought one of the pizza mixes and one of the angel food cake mixes...the samples of these two were so good that I couldn't wait to get home to start baking.
