St. Patrick's Day is very close; and I'm feeling the need for some homemade Irish Soda Bread. Warm from the oven , full of golden raisins, a sugar glaze on top... and fresh butter slathered on top. I'll have a cup of hot tea to go with it...gotta go...I need to start baking.
