I Am Someone's Imaginary Friend.....

Marnie and I went shopping to a local scrapbook store a few weeks ago...it's not our favorite store, but they do have some interesting stamps...and the place is a huge source of amusement to us for our own goofy reasons. Anyway...I always find one stamp that sort of waves to me and begs me to buy it and raise it as my own. This time it was a Stamper's Anonymous stamp...the name of it was "I Am Someone's Imaginary Friend". I had no idea what I was going to do with it...but it was love at first sight...so I bought it. It sits in my scraproom on the shelf along with it's brothers and sisters..."Serendipity"....."Artist"....and "Giggle"...all stamps that made me buy them. I can see them as I scrap and each time I walk into the room. They make me smile and make me feel good...so whether I use them or not isn't important....but seeing them every day is. "Serendipity" makes me feel like something good is going to come about in a wonderful way without planning. "Artist" gives me hope that I can learn to be one. "Giggle"...well...everyone needs a good giggle. And..."I Am Someone's Imaginary Friend"? I guess I love it because the idea of someone imagining me as their friend is appealing...and I have a lot of friends that I still need to make.
Oh...and I did use my "Imaginary Friend" stamp....it's on a layout that I did of Andrea and it's on the slideshow here in my blog.

I love this post Dianne -- good for you for buying those poor, homeless stamps and giving them a place to live! ;)
