The talented people at the Daring Cardmakers Blog have asked me to be their Guest Designer for the month of March.
My first challenge is the Elemental Inspiration Challenge. From the inspiration photo above, choose three elements and create with them. For my card below, I chose the colors in the photo, the lemons which I turned into eggs, the crockery on the table and even a little bit of the pattern in the picture on the wall. I know, that's four, I got carried away.
The bowl, vase and leaves in my card are hand cut. The tulips and eggs are oval punches. The phrase "Hallo Fruhling" in the inspiration photo translates to "Hello Spring"...something we're all looking forward to saying. "Hello Spring" was cut with a Memory Box die "Alphabet Soup".
