Patterns are distinctive artistic or decorative designs. They can be identical, similar or wildly different...pretty much like people...each person has the swirls, dots and stripes that make up their own distinctive patterns. Welcome to my blog...and to getting to know some of my patterns.

Tweet Birthday...
A neutral colored birthday card with a "Tweet" wish. Both the bird and the sentiment "Have a Tweet Birthday" are from the My Favorite Things stamp set "Birds of Paradise". I stamped the bird image on to cream cardstock and to black dotted Graphic45 paper...cut out the black dotted image and adhered it to the stamped image on the card front. The bird's wing is cut out...and popped on to his body. To make it stand out..the birdie has a googly eye. To make the sentiment more visible, I went over it with a clear glaze pen.
This card was done for the "Less is More" Neutral Challenge......and...The "Simple" Challenge at "CAS"ology.

Decorating the tree is much easier for a bird....he can just flutter up to the top of the tree to string the lights and ornaments up high....

I hope that your day is wonderful and that when blowing out your candles...all your wishes come true.
